Got the laptop back in June 2020, I would say it got medium usage, I just wanted a laptop for gaming when away from home, or just play in a different room. Mostly played World of Warcraft on it nothing crazy demanding.

It stopped working months ago, been trying to find a fix and try things myself but I'm out of ideas before I end up sending it to Razer to check it out themselves. 

I was letting my laptop run over night doing some AFK macroing on a game, woke up to stop the macro, turned it off and went to work, came home, turned on the laptop and it just never turned on. No LED light flicker, no keyboard lights flash or flicker, absolutely nothing.

I've used a multimeter and saw that the battery is still good and flowing fine through the cables. It's been a couple months since I checked and I can't remember where else I've checked. I've replaced or checked the CMOS battery so I ruled that out as well. 

I've removed the battery as well and just used the charger to and tried turning on that way and nothing.

I'm worried the whole motherboard just went bad, which I know is an expensive fix to the point where I should just get a whole new laptop if that's the case.

Bought a different charger, battery and that did nothing as well.

In the past this laptop had some issues turning on, for example just pressing the power button would do nothing, so I'd hold down the power, spam the button, take a break from being stressed about this hardly used laptop is already failing then the next time I pressed power it would turn on. But it's stopped working for good this time it seems. 

Anyone have ideas or heard of this issue?

This problem was happening to me as well, I still couldn't find a permanent solution, but you can try this way; open the computer, unplug the battery and press and hold the power button for 15 20 seconds, then insert the battery again and try to turn it on.

I have a very similar model that I bought a little over two years ago. I have tried USB-C charging the laptop but that didn’t work. My power adapter from Razer still lights up when I plug it in so I don’t believe I need a new one. There is no battery bloat on my laptop and my warranty just ended less than a month ago. 

So my issue is similar. So my laptop turns on and all but it doesn’t go past the razer logo, I tried to hold down the f1/del keys, the f9 key and also the f12 for the boot menu and nothing seems to work when I spam it, I'm looking for solutions, I am basically trying to clean wipe my pc, I’ve also tried methods like the system recovery image link and that still tells me that I have to go about holding f12 to open the boot menu and it does nothing for me when I hold it down, please help me out this is stressing me out
