Razer Blade 15 (2020, base) restarting multiple times before fully booting | Razer Insider

This problem started out of the blue, haven't had any problems otherwise and I'm not sure what's causing it. It only seems to happen if I turn it off and don't use it for a while, for example if it's off during the night and I turn it on the next day. If I turn it off and and then on right after it boots up instantly. Wondering if anyone else has had the same issue, and what could be causing it.
I had this exact same problem a couple of month ago. It's the CMOS battery.

If you want to make sure if that is the problem, next time you boot change anything (anything secure like power delivery on USB) on the BIOS, and next time the "restarts" happen again, check the BIOS. If the setting is back to default, it is the CMOS battert.

Another thing that happens, is that the laptop won't keep the time right, so when you power it on, it will display the time you turned it off.

That time thing does happen. I have to then reset the clock so it shows the right time.

Now, is this problem something I can fix myself, or should I use my warranty?
You just need to check which CMOS battery your laptop has and buy a new one (around $5), replacing it might be a little hard depending on the battery.

I had to solder the cable but you'll have to see for yourself if you are up for that or maybe you won't need to.

Thanks for the info
