Greetings Razer team, I had purchased my Razer blade 15 RZ09-0328 bade model in 2020 near to 2021 in USA, unfortunately I noticed my battery is getting bloated and my thermals are quite high, GPU is as high as 90 degrees plus Celsius and CPU is 100+ degrees Celsius, I live in India, and would like to request you what are my options for a battery replacement.
Sending my laptop to USA would be too expensive for me and time consuming not to forgot the risk of damage in transit for such long distances, it says I am out of warranty and I do not want to get it done at any local stores or replacement with genuine battery’s. So request you kindly helping me with a resolution.
