Razer Blade 15 (2020) battery swelling – repair options in Nebraska?

Hi everyone,

I have a Razer Blade 15 (2020 model) and recently noticed that the battery seems to expand after using the laptop for about 3 hours. When this happens, the lid does not fully close, but after the laptop cools down for a few hours it closes normally again.

From what I’ve read, this might be a swollen battery. I saw that Razer recommends having the battery replaced by their service team, but I live in Nebraska and I’m not sure what the process is.

Does Razer offer mail-in repair in the U.S., or are there any authorized repair centers near Nebraska? What should I do in this case?
