Razer Blade 15 2020 - Battery swollen
Hi,
I have a Razer Blade 15 purchased in March 2021 and the battery swallowed....twice
The first RMA was under warranty in October 2021.
It is currently swallowed again in November 2022.
The computer is used for office tasks only (programming), there is obviously a quality issue with the cooling of the blade series.
There is also no way to contact Razer since the warranty has expired.
There is also no official information about how to get a new battery replacement.
Would Razer follow up on this low-quality battery and provide a free replacement out of warranty?
