About two months ago, my Razer Blade 15 (2020) laptop shut down completely.
While rendering, it overheated and the battery drained suddenly. After plugging in the charger, the green charging light came on, but the display did not work. At first, the screen showed abnormal output (photo attached), then the laptop stopped turning on at all.
I decided to repair it to a local repair shop in Bangkok since there is no official Razer service center in Thailand. They reported possible motherboard damage and battery issues, but could not fix it.Currently, the laptop does not power on, only the charging light turns green.
Please advise on repair or service options available in Bangkok, Thailand.
