Razer Blade 15 (2020) not charging out of the box

I’ve just received my new Razer Blade 15 today and right away the charger does not work, no LED indicator lighting up or anything. I have tried it with multiple outlets but nothing will work, and I can only assume the charger/power adapter is DOA.

    Contacting support should be the solution, the same thing happened to me, except that it suddenly stopped working after 8 months of use, and this morning when I woke up the LED just stopped working, and I contacted support, just waiting for a response. You should be fine, just provide our serial number and your computer and accessories should be under a 1 year warranty period.
