Razer blade 15 2020 not detecting microphone connected via jack

Hi. I am trying to connect a mixer as microphone to my blade 15 2020 but windows does not seem to recognize this at all as external microphone input.I use a TRRS so it should detect a stereo input. Even just a regular headset does not seem to get detected as external microphone, but the sounds out is working fine

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your inquiry. If your computer uses Windows OS, have you tried checking the Windows 10 camera, microphone, and privacy under "Settings"?
