Razer blade 15 (2020) only working when plugged in and turn of if unplugged.

Hello!

My Razerblade 15 2020 model only works when plugged in and just completely shuts of if the charge cable gets unplugged. I bought in in 2022 and its sad that the battery couldn't even last 2 years of use.

Thanks for posting your concern here in our support forum. Did you already try following the steps here for further isolation? If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and our options for a possible replacement battery.
