Razer Blade 15 2020 RZ09-03287 Batter Issue

Hi there im new here but I need some help. I recently got a new battery off of amazon and i’ve been doing whatever i can to make it work and it refuses. I have got it to the point where it is being detected and this morning it at least says its charging but its been charging for a few hours and is still stuck at 0% and the green light on my laptop isnt lit up. Ive reconnected the connecter wire from the battery, ive updated the bios, both tried updating and uninstalling the battery drivers and restarting after uninstalling and nothing is working. I am running out of ideas and i dont really have the money to buy a new one. Is there anything i can do about it.
