Razer Blade 15 2020 Slow WiFi

Good afternoon, Recently purchased a refurbished Razer Blade 15 (2020) Base from Razer's eBay store. The machine, on the whole, works great (the OLED is gorgeous!). However the Wi-Fi is painfully slow, averaging around 3-5MB/s, less than 20% of what other machines on the wireless network (like a 2020 MacBook Pro) can do, even when sitting right next to each other. Copying a 1.7GB file off a gigabit wired Synology NAS took ~59 seconds on the MBP, but the Blade took just over 6 minutes. So I am assuming something isn't working at its best. I have finished with all the Windows 10 updates, and reinstalled the standard Intel driver (version 21.60.0.5) for the adapter. The thing I could find on the Support Center for hardware drivers is the BIOS Firmware Updater Guide. Any suggestions on what to do next?
