Razer blade 15 2021 base model

So today i got my first ever pc and razer. After fiddling with it for couple of hours (upgrading the drivers and windows updates) i tried changing the performance settings from the synapse app. The laptop restarted and now i got a black screen *Removed hidden link. The keyboard lights up but nothing else. So i am assuming this is not a normal thing? Did anybody had the same problem? Thanks in advance.

    What specs of your laptop? I mean screen (FHD, QHD, etc.) and CPU/GPU?
