Hi all,

I’m facing the same problems as already reported one year ago in the topic “Razer Blade 15 RZ09-0410 bios update and other issues”. Unfortunately, this older thread is closed for comments with no documented solution. Therefore… here it comes again!

Issue #1 - Razer Blade 15 Base (2021, RZ09-0410, WIN11) is unable to perform the BIOS update. Starting the BIOS Updater following the instructions from Razer, I can see the screen with the notice that BIOS will be updated from 1.02 to 1.03. After clicking on <Update> the BIOS Updater window immediately disappears from the screen (application is being closed) without any action. No change. Remark: MS Vulnerable Driver Blocklist is disabled while trying!

Issue #2 - after upgrading the RAM to 64GB (2x32 GB) with Crucial RAM 64GB (2x32GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL22  CT2K32G4SFD832A the max. DRAM frequency according to CPU-Z is 1330 MHz (so doubled to 2666 Mhz) and not 3200 MHz as expected.  Why is the original RAM running with 3200 MHz and the upgraded one not?

I hope, there will be a solution after the same problems are under discussion for more than one year.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Razer Insider Community,

I thought, that it would be an easy request to get help for issues which a couple of Razer owner has already experienced in the last years. 😃 So… I’m happy for any kind of support or help.

For those who are interested… In the meantime, I have reported both issues to the official Razer support. But so far, I was only asked three times the same question like “Please describe your problem.”. 😉 But I am hopeful that I will still get an answer to my problems.

Update will follow...
