I'm experiencing an issue with my laptop where the blue color of the LED for the "L" letter is not functioning, leaving only the red and green colors operational. This affects the overall color combinations displayed. The laptop was purchased in 2022 and is now out of warranty.
Steps I've taken:
- Updated Windows (including optional updates).
- Updated the BIOS.
Despite these updates, the problem persists, leading me to suspect a hardware issue or an undetectable driver problem.

- How can I confirm this is a hardware issue?
- If confirmed, is it possible to purchase a replacement for the specific LED component?
