Scrolling works fine but only clicks on the bottom left and right corners. The left click is stuck in click mode and have to spam it to unclick and then it just clicks again. I reinstalled drivers. Brand new laptop well looked after battery definitely not bloated. Any other solutions? Thanks
If you’re 100% sure, that it’s not bloated battery, then it might be physical issue with touchpad.
I’d recommend to RMA your laptop, please contact Razer Support: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/contact-support

Please replicate the issue by going to Windows Safe Mode by following the steps below:
1. Click the Windows button On/Off.
2. Hold down the Shift key and click Restart.
3. Click the option Troubleshoot and then Advanced options.
4. Afterward, go to “Advanced options” and click Start-up Settings.
5. Under “Start-up Settings”, click Restart.
6. Select "Enable Safe Mode with Networking" from the boot options.
After that, try the following steps from this article and let me know how it goes. You can also submit a case to our Support Team. Please note that Razer Insider is still under maintenance, and our private messaging is still not working. You may find this announcement through this link.
