The screen of my Razer Blade 15 turned black yesterday during usage and since then the laptop does not reboot. If I press the power button the LED flashes in green and also the keyboard lights up but nothing else is happening.
I have tried out a few things already but without success:
- I have pressed the power button for about 10 seconds (power supply plugged in and battery plugged in) and then tried to restart the laptop
- I have removed the battery and unplugged the power supply, then I have pressed the power button for at least 60 seconds, plugged in the power supply and tried to restart the laptop
- I have also removed the CMOS Battery, the RAM and SSD
- I have connected an external Monitor and a keyboard
- I have tried everything multiple times in different combinations but with no success
I have seen that this problem was reported multiple times but I have not found any working solution so far. Maybe someone else has a another idea or even a working solution.
