Razer Blade 15 3080ti 12 Gen 2022 - Benchmark score discrepancies

I was wondering if anyone could give me ideas why I can't reach the benchmarks I am seeing in reviews. The reviewer with the same model reached 12,800 levels for Time Spy 3DMARK. I am able to get 10,690. I have Synapse System Performance mode set at Custom - Boost - High https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/75231277? They also were getting a Geekbench 5 score of: Single-core - 1,750 Multi-Core - 13,334 My Geekbench 5 Score: Single core - 1814 Multi Core - 11338 All tests were performed with the laptop plugged in.
