Hi!
The laptop boots, webcam, touchscreen and keyboard work fine. I'm able to see things on an external monitor, but the built-in screen is not showing anything. Not even the boot logo, I'm unable to see the BIOS, nothing. I've seen these other posts that seem related either they don't show any way to solve it, or the steps don't work:

I've tried re-installing Windows, updating the BIOS, updating the drivers, and none of these work. The display isn't even show in the Windows Device Manager.
