Razer Blade 15 4K OLED mid 2019

I got my Razer Blade 15 last week, whenever I turn on the HDR switch in the windows settings menu the performance of the device dramatically decreases. Whenever I switch it off the performance goes back to normal which is great. that was the first issue is anyone having the same issues ? the second issue is the screen brightness it works perfectly when the brightness settings are set to max if I slightly bring it down but the screen colors and brightness becomes so grayish and bad that you would assume it is a LCD Panel is anyone facing the same issue or is it normal ?
