Hello, I bought my razer blade one month ago and at first everything was fine. But 2 weeks ago I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. After trying a few things i came to the conclusion that the razer blade only turns on if the power supply is plugged in and the battery level will stay on 83% ( it wont go up or down ). If i unplug the power supply it simply turns off. Does anybody has the same issue? Can somebody help me?

    No it should charge full and once fully should stop charging at 100% or high 90ish%. There’s no max charge limitation below that, and once it’s plugged off it should be switching to battery power. Probably battery/ or its circuit problem. I’d rise support ticket or maybe staff hopefully would pick you up here.

    @Tiaguu It is just as @Joikansai stated. You may have to send the laptop in for repair. That said, there is still something we can try to fix this. Shoot me a PM with the serial number of your RB15 so I can validate the warranty and give you the guide for battery calibration.
