Razer blade 15 adv 2019 - Touchpad issues

Dear all, the touchpad of my razer blade 15 advanced (RTX 2070) behaves sometimes a bit strange. I'm coming from a macbook pro so I'm certainly fastidious. 1. Especially when I scroll slowly in chrome and have the intention to keep that scroll position or lift the fingers it happens (too) often that the scroll position suddenly jumps. Sometimes just a bit, sometimes it really bounces as if I performed a peppy two finger scroll gesture (but I didn't of course, maybe this is kinetic scrolling). I've also installed linux (manjaro to be precise) and I believe the touchpad works without those issues there (as far as scrolling is concerned, both with synaptics and libinput driver), so mostly this means that it's probably not a hardware issue but something about the windows driver. Do others have the same issue? Any ideas how to improve it? Can I disable or reduce the effect of kinetic scrolling? 2. The touchpad sometimes freezes for a few seconds. This happens regularly when synapse starts, a few seconds after the laptop resumes from sleep (I could live with these both) and at random (this is the actual issue). While the touchpad is unresponsive for a few seconds the touchscreen works as expected. Any ideas about that? Yours, Stefan
