Hi I have managed to manually apply the BIOS 1.04 update by extracting it and running it from the command line (afuwinx64.exe Charlotte2_0104.bin /B /P /N /K) but when I try to run the Razer Blade 15" Advanced 2 2019 EC Updater v0103 it always causes a Blue Screen (BSOD). Latest version of Windows 10, all updates applied, no applications running, firewalls / virus scanners disabled, Bitlocker paused. Thanks for any pointers.

Hey! Please PM me your Blade's serial number so I can check for the best way to fix this.

Did you change the file name to afuwinx64.exe?

No, you simply need to extract the downloaded executable using a tool like 7zip and everything you'll need is in that folder.
