Model: Razer Blade 15’’ Advanced 2019
Hi, recently I find that my laptop battery keeps remaining at 0% and would not charging when it’s plugged in. It would turn off immediately once the charger is taken out of the outlet. I’ve tried the solution here (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/393/~/the-razer-blade-battery-is-either-not-charging-or-not-detected) but it doesn’t work. May I get any suggestion to fix it?

The problem is from Windows drivers (especially on Windows 11). It happened me too and this workaround solved my problem:

I have the same issue with my Razer Blade 15 (Advanced 2019) and I tried this workaround but it still did not solve the problem. Anyone here have a better solution?

Even after accu replacement.
Same issue here, razer 2019 base model, will not charge and will not run on battery. I have run it on both windows and Ubuntu and the battery will not charge on either OS.
I have replaced the battery and the problem is the same on the original severely bloated battery and the new replacement.
