I have experienced what seems to be a common fault with my Razer Blade 15 Advanced.

My trackpad gradually stopped working and I eventually had to remove battery - which is badly swollen, triggering a major concern with regards to me and my family’s safety.

Issues with trackpad started before laptop was even two years old, but I use mouse, so it never bothered me much.

But it gradually progressed to the point when I noticed that it was elevated in touchpad area. I started browsing internet for reasons with comments indicating that this would be caused by the battery.

I tried to search for new battery but never get a place to buy from it. I’m in Egypt and I don’t know where Razer distributer is here.

Can someone please help and advice how this could be resolved?
