Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019 - Fluttering Sound from Right Fan

Bought the i7-9xxx RTX 2080 Max Q 240hz Model less than a month ago. I have put less than 10 hours of playtime in on the laptop. Today the fan on the right side starting making a fluttering sound. Surely the bearings in the fan cant be going out just 10 hours in can they? Any idea what else could cause that sound? I have two days left to return it to Amazon. If parts are already failing after 10 hours, I have little hope of getting a couple years out of this thing.

    Hard to tell. Is there any way you can put up a clip so we can hear what noise the fan is making?
