Hello all-

I have a Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2019) | RZ09-0301x

9th Gen Intel Core i7-9750H 6 Core processor

15.6” 240Hz Full HD

NVIDIA GeForce 2080 Max-Q graphics

I'm not entirely sure what has happened but the system does not see or recognize the onboard video adapter or laptop screen at all. During POST i get no BIOS screen, nothing until it has loaded. It was working using the NVIDIA adapter on an external monitor until I updated the NVIDIA drivers. Now I get nothing. I know its booting because the camera activates for the Windows Hello login. I can log in, but no external video (using HDMI) works. Does anyone know what might be happening? I was hoping a BIOS reset might kick that internal video back on. I put in a ticket with Razer support last week but unfortunately have not gotten no reply from support what-so-ever.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Hey there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Sorry to hear about your laptop's issue. Can you still access your BIOS main tab? Please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and case number so I can check its updates. Let's continue from there.
