Razer blade 15 advanced 2019 screen problem

Hello, I have a problem with my Razer blade advanced 15 2019 and could not find any solution. It seems that the screen will freeze upon a certain angle when I open the laptop's screen. The laptop still works despite the screen being freezed (youtube videos or google meet conversations still continues in background). Whenever I touch again the screen, the screen starts working normally again. I have tried the following : - turn off the computer then press the start button for 10 secs - graphic drivers update - complete reinstallation of the system But the problem remains, which makes me think of a hardware issue. Is this a known issue ? I have a video I can upload to show the problem if necessary. Thanks for your help.

Hi @JADEHoneydewauto385 You can also try the steps here for further isolation. Should the same issue persists, please PM the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific fixes to help you with the screen problem. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
