While upgrading my nvme storage I cloned the original drives data to the new one and then swapped the ssds, resulting in a recovery mode.
Because of my lack of tech knowledge, I freaked out and decided to put back the original drive to then reformat and re clone the information.
After restoring the hardware to its original state, I was met with the whole computer being bricked. No bios, no display, just the keyboard lighting up then shutting down in a constant cycle.
Troubleshooting Done:
•Hard resetting the system (15 second with power cable)
•took out CMOS battery and RAM for a couple of minutes
•BIOS boot spam
•Wiped the new nvme and re placed it
•Plugged into an external display via hdmi
