Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2020 does not charge via USB-C or Thunderbolt ports

Hi, My new Razer Blade 15 Advanced arrived and to my disappointment, the USB-C and Thunderbolt ports do not charge reliably. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. I have tried two different USB-C PD (20V) chargers, both of which charge my Dell laptop properly. I have updated to the latest BIOS and EC but the problem persists. Is this a known issue that can be fixed? I bought the laptop based on the datasheet saying that USB-C PD charging works, and rely on it much for my work. thanks.

    I used to have the same problem with my Razer Blade Stealth. My solution, EnduroTronics durable electronics, He fixed my laptop and know it is charging and working on battery as it should. I recommend checking him out
