Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) - Internal LCD Cable Replacement Assistance Needed

Hello everyone,

I own a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) | RZ09-0409, and unfortunately, my screen has stopped working properly (see photo below).

 

I've already checked all the cable connections to ensure that everything is properly connected, but the issue persists. When I connect the laptop to an external monitor, the display on the external monitor works perfectly, so I don't believe the graphics card is faulty.

The internal monitor is a "Sharp LQ156T1JW03". Before resorting to buying a new monitor, I'd like to try replacing the internal LCD cable (the one connecting the motherboard to the monitor, red bordered).

However, I'm not sure where I can find a replacement cable for this model. If anyone could provide guidance on where to purchase this specific cable or any advice on the replacement process, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to give you all a quick update on my issue. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find a suitable replacement cable, so I ordered a new internal monitor instead...

Thankfully, replacing the monitor with Sharp LQ156T1JW03 solved my problem entirely. It turns out the issue was with the display itself, not the cable.

Same here, the Panel has been the issue. I bought an aftermatket one and it works great.

I have the same issue. Tried replacing the panel, but I got the same symptoms. I can barely see the windows startup screen. Felt like the backlight is not turning on. So I was looking for the same flex cable but couldn’t find it on the internet. Wondering if it is possible to order it somehow through Razer customer service.


I own a Razer laptop model RZ09-409 and I urgently need a replacement flat display cable (LCD ribbon cable) for it. I have already searched extensively online but couldn’t find the correct part.

Could you please help me find or order the correct LCD cable model compatible with this laptop? I can provide photos of the damaged cable or the laptop’s screen model if needed.
