hi to all,



i am having some problems with my new razer blade 15 advanced 2021 keyboard.

99 times out of a 100 the keys do not backlight.

i have reinstalled synapse and also the other add ons.

please help as i can not play in low light settings at home.

I have an issue too - that the 2nd function of all dual function keys are not lighting up either --- and that's out of the box - very disappointing ... have tried to contact Razer support too - but no joy in them getting back to me... all in all a huge disappointment for a £2.5k laptop
