Attempted to hook up razer core X EGPU (RC21-01310). with Nvidia 3080 installed into GPU. When connected on right side USB-C of laptop EGPU is completely dead and undetected on thunderbolt program. When connected on the left side USB-C the EGPU will turn the fans for case and card on and prompt the windows notification of left side not being a thunderbolt port. Both USB-C ports on computer can charge devices (ie phones, headphones etc.) Tried all the normal troubleshooting and installing correct drivers but at a standstill due to gpu not even turning on. Intel drivers are up to date as well.
Verified EGPU and case are fully functional on separate computer (Razer 14” 2025) so the cord, case, and gpu are ruled out. Am I missing something software related or is it a hardware failure?
