This morning upon booting the screen on this laptop stays black. I have performed the following in an attempt to rectify this.



1. Rolled back video drivers with no success

2. Removed video cards to allow windows to re-install on next boot - no success

3. Updated video drivers to both studio and game latest edition - each with no success

4. Verified all memory and ribbon connections are firmly seated



- I can get the machine to post into bios but I cannot get it to display on the laptop or on a 2nd monitor.



-I can get windows to boot and it will display and work normally on the 2nd monitor, just not on the laptop screen.



-Windows display manager does not recognize the laptop screen as a monitor.



This machine was purchased 3/24/2021 so it's only a year and a half old. I've checked to see if this laptop has any warranty remaining and your razercare check site says it can't find the serial number.



What are the options to get this back working? It feels somewhat terminal.

This is highly likely a hardware problem. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and start a case for a repair request.
