Hi there Razer Community and Team,
I know there are other threads about the same or similar issues but I could not find a solution amongst them.
I got a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (October 2018) and it has been running fine when it was used. Now that I use it every day I am getting these random track pad and mouse freezes, both internal and external. This happens just for no apparent reason. During browsing, emailing, working in Adobe and Cinema 4d or just listening to music.
I updated everything to the latest versions, windows, gpu, intel etc. but still it is happening. Can get really frustrating while working. Got my auto save on for every 1 minute :)
Are there any know fixes for this issue that helped others? Appreciate all the help you guys can give.

Hello there! Is the trackpad being recognized properly in the device manager? Please make sure that your system is completely up to date.

Yes everything is being recognized and listed in the device manager.
It got so bad now that I did a complete wipe and reinstall of windows on the weekend. Now with nothing installed except the os it is actualy not possible to work with the laptop anymore. It crashes every few minutes or freezes totally and then goes to the BSOD. Most frequent one is the Power_State_Failure error and I did look for different causes or solutions to it but unfortunately it keeps coming back.
I wonder if the laptop has a general manufacturing fault and cannot work in its current configuration.
What are my options to send it in for repair or replacement?
