Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model 2019 - CTRL, Shift, Tab etc. turn on Caps Lock

My Razer laptop has a big problem with the keyboard. When I press the following keys: Left CTRL, Shift, Tab, ~, ESC, F1, Caps Lock gets turned on. Also, when I press them again, they disable Caps Lock. The problem starts to occur in different time intervals, for example, today when I started the computer, it occured after about 15 minutes. When I after that tried to reboot the computer - it occured immediately. I tried updating all of the software provided for this model on Razer's website and even reinstalled Windows, but it looks like it's a firmware issue rather than Windows issue. It is also worth mentioning, that all of those keys work, they give input, but the input isn't correct. Here's a video illustrating the problem:
