Hi there Razer Community and Team,

I have a tablet that was working properly and suddenly the battery blew up and I had to remove it. Although it works correctly for normal use, no game runs properly (Rust ran at 20fps). Try to reinstall the operating system and all games, all drives are up to date, installed razer software including booster. I removed the battery and it is connected to power. Nvidia configured for high performance. I don't know what else to do, it's a 3000 dollar laptop and it doesn't work. I can not believe it.

A few years ago I had a laptop (not razer) that had a video card and the GPU stopped working correctly. Games would run at low fps and really choppy. I sent it in to Asus and they replaced the GPU on it. Was a GTX 950m at the time.

Maybe your GPU needs to be replaced?

Thanks for your reply Ruby. I dont think is the GPU since when I run benchmark software tool the results are expected for my laptop. I ran many of them and FPS on those sofware ir until 200FPS.

Hi, I'm a new member of the forum. I don't know if I can help you. Before that my laptop also video card stopped working but my techloky game is still running normally and it's fine. And I thought it might be the GPU and I replaced a friend's help.

Since you mentioned that the battery blew up and had to be removed, it's possible that the incident caused some damage to other components of the tablet. In such cases, it's advisable to reach out to the manufacturer's customer support or a professional technician who can assess the situation more thoroughly.

They may be able to provide specific guidance or arrange for a repair if needed. It's always a good idea to keep any warranty information or purchase receipts handy, as that might be useful in this situation.
