I have a laptop Razer Advance Model 2019 that was working properly and suddenly the battery blew up and I had to remove it. Although it works correctly for normal use, no game runs properly (Rust ran at 20fps). Try to reinstall the operating system and all games, all drives are up to date, installed razer software including booster. I removed the battery and it is connected to power. Nvidia configured for high performance. I don't know what else to do. When I ran performance test, result are fine. Even FPS are 90-200, but on the games is impossible even play. I factory reset 3 times.
