While using my Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model on a dual-screen setup, my laptop screen suddenly turned off and cannot get it to work again. When it boots, there is no backlight and cannot see the logo, the only way to see the screen is to connect an external monitor. I have reseated the RAM and tried different RAM but nothing has worked. The connections on the ribbon cable are seated properly as well. Does this model have issues with screens going out? Seems like a problem from the internet, never had a screen go blank in 10 past laptops. Any guidance as i am out of warranty would be appreciated.

Does the laptop event not display when attempting to visit the BIOS window or F9 recovery options? Were there any incidents that happened, or were recent updates that could’ve triggered this? Please send your unit’s serial number so I can check if it can be repaired within Razer’s authorized service center.
