RAZER BLADE 15 ADVANCED MODEL *BOOT LOOP*

Hello everyone, I was playing Football Manager 2021 and suddenly the screen froze. Part of the screen went blurry. Therefore, I hard booted my laptop and now it's stuck in a boot loop: 1. Keyboard lights up 2. Green PC light lights up 3. I hear the fan 4. Shutdowns 5. Repeat I don't see the razor logo; the screen remains totally black. I don't want to wait the 72 hours for support. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? I purchased the laptop December of 2019.

    have you tried reseating the ram and taking out the battery and putting it back in? also could be the screen broke then connect to a external monitor! Good Luck :)
