Razer Blade 15 advanced model fan when charging

I recently purchased my first razer laptop and I'm loving it so far, the only issue i've noticed is the noise created by the fans. Whenever i have the laptop plugged in, the fans automatically change to the highest rpm and create a LOT of noise. I've already tried messing with the system performance settings in synapse and it doesn't seem to make a difference no matter what i change. I read that other users have had similar issues but couldn't really find a fixed solution, is there any way to change this? or is the fan REALLY needed to be this loud whilst charging.

Increased temperatures can significantly decrease the efficiency of the power transfer and reduce the performance of the device. As far as I know, the fans ramp up to keep the temps manageable, even while charging. This can also help preserve the health of the battery pack.
