Razer blade 15 advanced replaced battery problem | Razer Insider

I have recently replaced my laptops battery (previous one started to inflate). Now the new battery is exactly the same. Windows detects it, however it is not charging. I have also tried the old one again and it is also not charging. The old one has power, it is showing me 100% when plugged into the laptop, however now both batteries old and new do not draw power from the AC, nor the laptop switches to battery power if I unplug it. The laptop DOES work plug in.

Anyone has any idea why this happens? It is like the battery does not want to draw power from the ac or give the laptop any power.
One thing to mention is that when I took out the old battery, I also took out the CMOS battery, I had to use the laptop without the battery for a day. The laptop shows the battery is fine, it there's no power going into the battery even if the laptop is off, on both old and new.
Yep, the laptop does not want to switch to battery power when I unplug it, even if it shows it has battery and detects it. It shuts down immediately. It also does not allow the battery to charge at all.
Where did you get the new battery? Please refrain from using the bloated battery again for safety reasons. It'll be great if you can PM me the serial number so I can check its model and look into our options in providing you with a new battery.
