Razer Blade 15 advanced trackpad not working

Hi, I just received my new blade 15, and my trackpad is not working. I can point but not click in any way. In device manager i can only see 'HID-compliant mouse'. The trackpad wasn't even working in the windows setup menu, it literally came broken out of the box. Someone please help me :\\
