Razer Blade 15 advanced won’t recognize Nvidia card- can’t play 3D games

Bought in 2019– it’s a 2018 model. on board Nvidia card isn’t recognized/seen by windows/ games / or even Nvidia software I own a lot of Razer hardware but this is the first laptop I’ve purchased - can’t find any help.

    I kind of hoped a $2000 laptop wouldnt become a paperweight adter a little over a year in service...
