Razer Blade 15” Base (2019) | RZ09-03006 Random Crashing with Different Windows Codes

My Razer Blade 15 (2019) RZ09-03006 is constantly crashing out of nowhere. It will crash if plugged in or not, crash if idle or under load, if the temperatures are high or cold, and so on. I cannot manage to pinpoint the issue. I have tried re-installing windows, ran memtest86 to determine if ram was the issue, ran crystal disk check and the disk is reading healthy, reseated both the ram and nvme ssd, ran one ram stick at a time and both crashed, and I have run all types of command prompts in administrator to “resolve the issue”.  The codes I am recieving is CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (0xEF), UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION (0x154), KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x0000001E, 0xc000021a, and DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. Any advice in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
