Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 - Fan noise under light load

I recently purchased a Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 model (with RTX2060). It looks very nice, but I have a big problem with the fan noise when using it for light task such as writing mails, browsing the web or watching Netflix. I can for sure accept fan noise when using it for gaming Battlefield etc, but in case the fan noise (even if lower than when you gaming) is too high even under these relatively light CPU loads. Even when the laptop is cold (i.e been power off for many hours) it spins up the fan way higher than expected. It seem to vary the fan speed quite often too, going from too bad to worse and then back again. It is never dead silent.

I have updated all the W10 updates available (still on 1909 as it was shipped with) as well as updated BIOS to lates available (1.03). I use the default "Balance Mode" in Synapse and fan speed to auto. Setting it to manual is not going to making it better since the lowest values you can adjust to is also quite noisy. I re-installed Synapse too, did not make a difference.
