Hello,



I received my new Blade 15 Base with the GTX 1660 TI yesterday and started to hear, upon todays beginning accustomisation and Setup, weird high-pitching sounds. I first thought that the fans would something that noisy, so I researched for quite a bit and found some fixes like shuting down the Turbo boost or regulate the fans through Razer Synapse. However, nothing of this worked. I've made the same experience as other users, that when running the device on battery, the noise quites down quickly and the Laptop is basicallly soundless - except if you put pressure on with games like The Division 2.



Recently, the noise also appeared while the device was running on battery.



Concluding from this experience I ruled the fans out as the cause of the high sounds and came to know about electromagnetic coil whine. It is described as high pitching sounds that are produced by electromagnetic coils inside.



Thats the problem so far. I wasn't able to finde a solution for this and I am considering a reclamation. Can someone help me with this annoying problem?
