Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 Touchpad not working

Hi everyone, I have a 1 month old Razer Blade 15 Base Model and I'm now experiencing some troubles with the touchpad. I can move the mouse without any problem, but when I try to tap, no matter if it's just touching the touchpad or using the "click" it doesn't work properly.. In fact, even though I try, I cannot hear the click of the touchpad. I guess in this case is some kind of hardware issue? Thanks for your help!
