My new Razer Blade 15 does not seem to recognize my monitor connected via HDMI through the usb-c hub. I have tried the Targus Dock411 (which was compatible with my old Razer 14) and the Targus Dock419.
The usb-c hubs work with the other peripherals (ethernet, USB-A), but when I plug it in with HDMI I get the below messages.
I've tried updating my usb drivers but that does not seem to have resolved the issue. I found a similar thread but it appears to have been closed via DMs. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Thanks in advance.
