Razer Blade 15 base (2021) model keypad light flickering

Hi Experts, I recently brought razer blade 15 base model thinking I can use the device for both gaming and coding, however, after installing two games and Anaconda software and some Microsoft updates and Synapse updates, the light of keys started to flicker. The flickering of lights is random and it is very distracting and annoying. The laptop is hardly a month old and I wish someone from Razer could help me fix it. Regards, Aannie

    When exactly did the flickering of the lighting effects start? Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? In any case, please send me the serial number. I'd like to look into possible firmware solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
