Razer Blade 15 Base 2021 (RZ09-0369) – Secure Boot Violation / Invalid Signature

Hello,

I have a Razer Blade 15 Base 2021, model RZ09-0369.

When Secure Boot is enabled in BIOS, the laptop fails to boot and displays:

“Secure Boot Violation – Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup.”

If I disable Secure Boot, Windows 11 boots normally.

I have already checked the following:

  • BIOS mode: UEFI

  • Windows Boot Manager is Boot Option #1

  • Windows Boot Manager path: \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\bootmgfw.efi

  • Windows loader path: \WINDOWS\system32\winload.efi

  • bootmgfw.efi Authenticode signature: Valid

  • winload.efi Authenticode signature: Valid

  • BIOS Secure Boot screen shows:

    • System Mode: Deployed

    • Vendor Keys: Active

    • Secure Boot: Enabled

  • There is no visible Key Management / Restore Factory Keys option in BIOS.

The laptop only boots successfully with Secure Boot disabled.

Could Razer Support please provide the correct Secure Boot recovery procedure/package for the RZ09-0369, or confirm whether a firmware/BIOS recovery is required?

I can provide the serial number privately to Razer Support.
